Attorney Information

Overview

Gabriel Isasi V, Esq. is a Palm Beach County personal injury and wrongful death trial attorney known for his relentless advocacy, exceptional results, and deep commitment to justice rooted in his Cuban American heritage.

A Palm Beach County native, Gabriel has been a driving force at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath since joining the firm in January 2021. Through strategic litigation, meticulous preparation, and consistent, impactful results for seriously injured clients, Gabriel rose to the position of Partner before the age of 32, becoming the youngest Partner in the firm’s history. His rapid ascent reflects both his legal ability and his reputation as a trusted trial advocate.

Before turning 30, Gabriel had already earned membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an elite distinction reserved for fewer than one percent of attorneys nationwide who have secured million- and multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.

Gabriel focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including automobile, motorcycle, bicycle, and trucking accidents, premises liability, product liability, nursing home abuse, and medical malpractice. His results reflect both skill and relentless preparation. Though still early in his career, Gabriel has achieved outcomes that are simply not seen among lawyers in his age group, with results that rival those of seasoned trial attorneys decades his senior. Notable recoveries include an $8.25 million medical malpractice settlement, a $3.3 million motorcycle accident, a $2.7 million arbitration award arising from a livestock-related accident, a $1.7 million auto collision settlement, multiple $1 million-plus tractor-trailer and semi-truck settlements, and a $1 million motorcycle crash settlement, along with a wide array of additional seven-figure verdicts and settlements secured on behalf of injured clients and their families. These outcomes underscore his commitment to maximizing justice for individuals and families facing life-altering injuries.

Gabriel has been recognized in Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, and Top 40 Under 40 publications. In 2025, He was also honored with the “Rising Star” Award by the Palm Beach County Justice Association, an accolade recognizing emerging civil trial attorneys who demonstrate exceptional promise, professionalism, leadership, and dedication to protecting access to the courts in Palm Beach County.

A graduate of Cardinal Newman High School and Florida State University’s College of Business and Real Estate, Gabriel demonstrated early leadership as President of his law school’s Student Bar Association and as a decorated member of a nationally recognized mock trial team.

Beyond his practice, Gabriel is deeply engaged in civic and professional leadership throughout Palm Beach County. He volunteers as a youth football coach at Lake Lytal Park and firmly believes in supporting local business like the one his family had for over 50 years in Palm Beach County. In 2025, he was appointed to the Board of Directors for Seminole Boosters, supporting Florida State University and its student-athletes. He served as Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Justice Association from 2025-2026, advocating in Tallahassee for consumer rights and meaningful access to justice. Gabriel also serves on the Executive Board of The Guild of Catholic Lawyers of Palm Beach County, reflecting his commitment to faith, ethical leadership, and service within the legal profession.

In his personal life, Gabriel enjoys deep-sea fishing, hunting, and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles. Above all, he values time with his wife and daughter, building a life centered on family, faith, and the same dedication and integrity he brings to every client he represents.
