Overview

Greg Yaffa joined Cunningham Whalen & Gaspari in 2004 and currently concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and insurance company bad faith.

Prior to joining the firm, Greg practiced in the Miami-based law office of Stewart G. Greenberg, where he focused on automobile negligence, wrongful death, medical malpractice and product liability cases.

Greg is admitted to practice law not only in the State Courts of Florida, but also in the Florida Federal Courts, including the United States District Court, Middle District Court of Florida, the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court, Northern District of Florida.

Greg received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002.

He frequently authors articles in the Florida Justice Association’s The Journal on the topic of insurance. Greg was featured in an article, “Preserving A Legal Tradition” in the April 2008 issue of Palm Beach Gardens Lifestyle Magazine.
