Joshua Heller - Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Joshua Heller, born in South Florida and raised on the Treasure Coast, is a passionate advocate for victims of negligence and those that have been wronged and taken advantage of by large corporations and insurance companies. Joshua focuses his practice in the area of personal injury. He is committed to litigating aggressively and effectively in order to obtain the maximum award possible for his clients.

Joshua received a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University, before obtaining his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. During Joshua’s time at Stetson he interned at a personal injury firm where he worked on medical malpractice and personal injury, while being actively involved in the Student Bar Association.

After his experiences, he knew that after law school he wanted to move back to the Treasure Coast to continue to fight for those who have been wronged and taken advantage of by large corporations and insurance companies. After joining the Stuart office, he has worked rigorously advocating on behalf of his clients against the powerful.

Joshua is an avid Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins fan and while not working enjoys spending time with his family, airboating, fishing and playing basketball.
