Attorney Information

Overview

As the oldest of five children, John feels blessed to have been born into a family with terrific parents who stressed the value of planning for the future. He incorporates their guidance into his work as an estate planning and probate attorney by helping his clients create personalized documents that safeguard their assets, protect their loved ones, and help ensure family relationships remain strong for generations to come.

“When a robust, comprehensive plan is put into place, it increases the odds of preserving family harmony,” John said. “When there's no planning or a poorly prepared plan, conflict and tension often result.”

As the founder of Beacon Legacy Law™, John has three goals for the team:

  • Demonstrate a sincere interest in each client, their family, and their future in all that they do.
  • Take proactive action to ensure client affairs are in order.
  • Build a long-lasting, trust-based relationship with each client.

When you choose to work with the firm, you can expect:

  • A flat fee in most cases for planning services.
  • A customized plan (no “cookie cutter” plans) created for each client’s needs.
  • The opportunity for a long-term relationship with regular contact after work is completed, including the chance for a complimentary plan review every 3 years.

This personalized approach to estate planning has led to a combined list of 180+ five-star Google reviews from satisfied clients. The firm has also been designated “The Best 10 Wills, Trusts, & Probates near Palm City, FL 34990” by Yelp and named to the Law Firm 500 list as “One Of The Fastest Growing Law Firms” in the USA for each of the past six years.
