Overview

Chad T. Orsatti was born in Princeton, New Jersey but has been a member of the Tampa Bay community since 1980.

Chad graduated from Elon University in 1994, majoring in political science with a minor in business administration. He received his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1998 while also earning credits toward his degree at Stetson University College and at Trinity University in Dublin, Ireland.

In 2002, Chad graduated summa cum laude from the University of Phoenix with a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on finance.

Chad was licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts in 1999 and was licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 2000. Mr. Orsatti is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and founded Orsatti & Associates, P.A., in July 2000.

His areas of practice include real estate, negotiation of short sales and loan modifications, real estate litigation including foreclosure defense, title insurance, wills, trusts, probate and estate planning, landlord/tenant, as well as corporate and business law and associated litigation and personal injury.

Chad has partnered with Compass Land & Title, LLC to provide title insurance services to his clients. Through Compass Land & Title, LLC, Chad is able to provide title insurance for both residential and commercial real estate transactions and will conduct closings on properties throughout the State of Florida.

Chad is happily married to his wife Theresa and together they are parents to their son, Chad, II. When not working, Chad enjoys boating with his family and hunting and fishing with his son.
