Richard C. Millian (Rick) of Retamar & Millian, P.A. serves as Of Counsel to Orsatti & Associates, P.A., and advises clients on personal injury claims as well premises liability, slip and fall and wrongful death claims.

In 1997, Rick began his career as a civil litigator. He then worked for Tew & Associates in Clearwater, FL for almost ten years before accepting the position of General Counsel with Life Brokerage Partners. His experience as General Counsel and in private practice provides with him the tools necessary to represent his clients with the utmost confidence to achieve the clients’ desired results. In 2008 after leaving his position as General Counsel for Life Brokerage Partners, LLC. He went back to private practice to fulfill his career long dream of working alongside his brother, attorney Marc T. Millian, where together, along with attorney Richard Retamar, they assist injured clients recover compensation for injuries they sustain due to the negligence of others. In late 2009, Rick opened the Tampa area office of Retamar & Millian, P.A. which currently shares office space with Orsatti & Associates, P.A.

Rick has lived in the Tampa area since 1985, except when he attended Florida Atlantic University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. He returned to the Tampa area and in 1997 earned a J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law where he graduated cum laude. Rick is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.

Rick is happily married to his wife, Krista and together they are the parents to their sons, Eli Jacob and Alexander Joseph. When not working, Rick enjoys spending time with his family.
