Overview

Angel N. Stull is native to the Florida Panhandle. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, graduating magna cum laude. Mrs. Stull was a recognized as a Florida Scholar and remained on the National Dean’s List through matriculation.

Mrs. Stull earned a Juris Doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, as part of an accelerated program, graduating in only two years. Mrs. Stull received Highest Grade Book Awards in several classes including Wills, Trusts & Estates and Children in the Law. During law school, she became a Certified County Mediator for the State of Florida and assisted in forming the Real Property & Probate Trust Law group at Barry University. Additionally, Mrs. Stull coordinated the start of VITA, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, as a coordinator and was quoted in Student Lawyer Magazine for her care and assistance towards the Central Florida community.

Beyond academics, Mrs. Stull gained significant legal experience working with the Orange County Mediation Office and as a student practitioner for the Legal Aid Society in Central Florida (appearing before the court and advocating for many underprivileged clients). Never one to rest (or rest on her laurels), Mrs. Stull secured summer internships within the in-house Intellectual Property Legal Department for the world renowned fashion company Burberry, in Manhattan.

After ultimately determining that she wanted to find a niche within the world of complex products liability, Mrs. Stull sought a position with the nationally recognized pharmaceutical and medical device firm, Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz PLC, where she currently practices in the areas of pharmaceutical and medical device mass torts. Mrs. Stull is currently involved in the following matters: Transvaginal Mesh Devices, Avandia, Reglan/Metoclopramide and Steven Johnson’s Syndrome.

Mrs. Stull is licensed to practice law before all Florida state courts and all New York state courts. Additionally, Mrs. Stull is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the New York Bar, the Escambia/Santa Rose County Bar Association, Pensacola Young Professionals and the American Association for Justice.
