Personal injury lawyer Douglass Kreis Mr. Kreis received his B.A. from Mercer University in Political Science where he attended under a four year academic/athletic scholarship. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Kreis attended the Cumberland School of Law where he received his J.D. in 1997. While in law school, Mr. Kreis earned the highest grade in his class in Constitutional Law and the distinction as Cumberland's 1997 Environmental Law Representative to participate in the National Environmental Law Conference in Washington, D.C. Mr. Kreis gained significant trial advocacy experience through the school's Moot Court Competition and received the honor of working with the Honorable Judge Micheal Bolin, Probate Judge for the Probate Division in and for Jefferson County, Alabama as an assistant by way of judicial externship.

Mr. Kreis is admitted to all Florida State Courts and all United States District Courts of Florida. Mr. Kreis is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Kreis is an experienced Pensacola personal injury lawyer who was originally from a diverse general practice background before his transition into his present position within the firm's pharmaceutical litigation department. There, Mr. Kreis' work has been primarily focused on claims involving injury arising out the use of the diet drug Fen Phen. Mr. Kreis has jointly provided representation and advisement to thousands of diet drug clients. Other cases
Mr. Kreis is handling include injuries from the ingestion of the withdrawn drugs/products Baycol (anti-cholesterol drug) and Ephedra (dietary and work-out related supplement) as well as consumer fraud and class action cases involving Florida Dry cleaning Litigation, Shell/Texaco Bad Gasoline Litigation and Ford Truck and SUV Defective Door Latch Litigation and wrongful death.
