Overview
Roy Roane is a lifelong resident of Pensacola, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Cumberland School of Law.
Mr. Roane began his legal career with the Public Defender's Office where he handled felony cases to include death penalty cases. He has since worked for several civil defense firms, to include state wide firms, defending individuals, insurance companies and corporations in claims asserting personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and trucking negligence. He now puts his experience to work representing individuals in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Roane has been lead attorney in over 120 jury trials. He is an AV Rated Attorney through Martindale-Hubbell and a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and Alabama and licensed to practice in the Federal Courts for the Northern District of Florida and the Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama.
