Aiman Farooq is an attorney in the Fort Lauderdale office of the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group. Mr. Farooq' professional career has been dedicated exclusively to securities litigation, and he is experienced at representing clients in matters involving unsuitability, unauthorized trading, civil theft, elderly abuse, selling away, churning, excessive trading, self-dealing, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud.
Prior to joining the Business Trial Group, Mr. Farooq practiced law at a boutique securities litigation firm where he represented clients in a variety of matters, including Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and state regulatory investigations; internal investigations; federal and state lawsuits; administrative actions; and arbitrations. Mr. Farooq has a track record of successfully litigating complex securities cases to favorable results for his clients.
Mr. Farooq received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance at The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
Mr. Farooq is a member of Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
