Ms. Ventura received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. While at Nova Law, Ms. Ventura served as Assistant Lead Articles Editor for the Nova Law Review, Secretary of the Student Bar Association, and was a Governor for the Florida Bar Young Lawyer Division Law Student Division. Additionally, Ms. Ventura gained extensive experience in her current field of practice by working as a law clerk with Morgan & Morgan's Employee Rights Group while she was in law school.
