Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Herzlich was a Partner at a prestigious insurance defense firm where she represented corporations, hospitals, insurance companies, inter and intrastate motor carriers, and government agencies and their subcontractors in automobile negligence, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, transportation litigation and wrongful death litigation. Recognizing her clients' needs and the benefit of a rapid response at the time of a catastrophic accident, Ms. Herzlich developed, implemented and was the Director of the first Catastrophic Accident Response Team, which provided 24/7 access to a team of dedicated attorneys and experts available to respond to an accident scene within hours. Through early involvement, she frequently served as a liaison between her clients and various law enforcement agencies throughout Florida.
