Review for The Practice – Attorneys Dina Hujber and Jonathan Galler My experience with The Practice, specifically Dina Hujber and Jonathan Galler, was one of the most distressing and costly experiences of my life. I am sharing my story so others can avoid going through what I did. After previously working with these same attorneys at Meyerson Law, Dina and Jonathan convinced me to rehire them under their new law firm, The Practice. They told me to make cashier’s checks in their personal names, not the firm’s name or a trust account, totaling $40,000 — money that came from my mother. They later admitted that they were actually two separate lawyers, not partners in the same firm as I was led to believe. I want to make this very clear: I never signed a retainer agreement with Jonathan Galler individually — only with The Practice. He never sent me any invoices, yet he personally accepted large sums of money. Despite the large payments, they never meaningfully worked on my case, failed to communicate, ignored my instructions, and provided no updates or documentation of services rendered. Then, they filed paperwork in direct violation of the judge’s orders, which led to sanctions being placed against me. Those sanctions forced my new attorney to tell me that I had no choice but to sign a “global agreement” I didn’t want to sign, or I would lose everything. Even after that, Dina and Jonathan continued to charge me improperly. At one point, I had $12,000 left in my account, but Dina continued billing me for two more weeks, taking an additional $15,000 despite the judge having explicitly told her not to contact me. Their actions effectively drained the remainder of my funds, leaving me financially devastated. After taking $40,000 and continuing to charge me, Dina and Jonathan also asked for more money for court costs, knowing I had already spent nearly all of my savings trying to fix the damage their representation caused. Their carelessness and lack of ethics left me with severe financial loss, unnecessary sanctions, and emotional distress. In my opinion, what they did was completely unprofessional and unethical — asking for cashier’s checks made out to their personal names, failing to represent me, violating court orders, and continuing to take money after being instructed not to do so. If you are considering hiring Dina Hujber or Jonathan Galler, I strongly urge you to demand written agreements, ensure all payments go to a verified trust account, and confirm that both attorneys are legitimately affiliated with the same firm. I wish I had done those things sooner. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I’m still working to recover from the damage caused by their actions.

Please do not hire!!! Ms.Shehata broke client/attorney privilege .She spoke to an unauthorized party and then billed me for it. She was unhelpful, non-responsive and lacked professionalism. I would not recommend. I have the messages and screenshots to prove it
