Tyler E. Gustafson Esq. - Saint Augustine, FL

Tyler was raised in rural Pennsylvania, growing up with a large family in a small town. Sports held a big role in the Gustafson household, and as the oldest son of two coaches Tyler had a strong work ethic instilled in him from a young age. With passions for the law and history, Tyler began pursuing a degree through which he could use his calling to serve others and restore good virtue in society.

Tyler earned a B.A. in Political Science with honors from Grove City College in Western Pennsylvania before earning a J.D. from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. During law school, Tyler interned for the Honorable Brantley Starr of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. He also interned on Capitol Hill for the House Judiciary Committee after externing with Ginn & Patrou through his 2L summer. Tyler continued working for Ginn & Patrou through his final year of law school.

After law school, Tyler accepted a federal appellate clerkship on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit for the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder. When his clerkship term ended, he returned to Florida to practice law with Ginn & Patrou, focusing on estate planning, tax issues, real estate, business law, and elder law. Tyler uses his background and calling to bring a fresh perspective to his clients’ needs, seeking to best serve each client while building genuine, trusting relationships.
