Hired Law firm 2024-2025This was a horrible experience. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I paid $5000 for a case to be filed and it was never filed. Then the lawyer that worked at Travis just quit and moved back home. I met with Travis who pretended he had no idea what was going on with my case....Travis promised to investigate because my folder was empty. Travis kept my money but never got back to me. Stay away this guy Travis, he is a crook.

Hired Law firm 2024-2025I had 3 attorneys with this firm in 1 year and at least 3 paralegals, for one reason or another they keep leaving the firm and not good communication either, nothing got accomplished after 1 year and $5,000.00 later,I decided to call it quits, definitely would not recommend

Consulted Law firm 2023-2024Within my first consult with the team, I was hooked. This is a well thought out, built with intention organization that bends over backwards for everyone that needs them. More than legal professionals, they are compassionate down to earth individuals who take such pride in the local community that they serve. They live by the motto "Stay in Joy, Leave in Peace".

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
