Tim represents businesses and individuals in resolving complex business and real estate disputes. Tim has represented publicly traded companies, small and medium-sized businesses, residential and commercial real estate developers, financial institutions, telecommunication companies, and other diverse businesses in the manufacturing, energy, marine, hotel/resort, agricultural, and real estate industries.
Tim makes it a priority to fully understand the challenges his clients face in their specific business. Tim is an experienced litigator who has handled a wide variety of disputes in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and AAA and FINRA arbitrations, including matters involving breach of contract, business torts, land use and development, commercial landlord-tenant issues, eminent domain, and general real estate and property rights issues.
Tim has lived in the Treasure Coast for nearly three decades and is active in his local community. He resides in Sewall’s Point, Florida, and is the proud father of two daughters.
