Tallahassee Insurance Claims Lawyer
Overview
Robert "Bob" Ehrhardt was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. He graduated with honors from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina and attended law school in his hometown at Florida State University College of Law.
Following law school, Mr. Ehrhardt moved to the Tampa Bay area and began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Pasco County, where he tried numerous cases. He prosecuted a wide variety of crimes and earned a reputation as a determined trial attorney who fought for justice on behalf of victims.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Ehrhardt practiced civil litigation up and down the Nature Coast of Florida. He then became a regulator for the State of Florida working as an attorney for the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco and then becoming the Director of the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering.
These successes rang hollow as Mr. Ehrhardt missed trial work and fighting for the underrepresented. Mr. Ehrhardt now exclusively represents insured policyholders and homeowners who have had their insurance claims wrongfully denied or underpaid by their insurance company. If you need help with your insurance claim, contact Morgan & Morgan so Mr. Ehrhardt can help you.
