Jeff Del Rio was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, where he currently resides with his wife and two children. Mr. Del Rio graduated from Jesuit High School before obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida, graduating Cum Laude. In 2013, Mr. Del Rio graduated from Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Del Rio is a member of the Florida, Georgia, and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in corresponding federal jurisdictions.
Mr. Del Rio's professional background includes six-plus years at his prior firm which were dedicated to the advocacy of employee rights against their employers. He has represented plaintiffs in connection with claims against some of the largest companies in the country. Mr. Del Rio's representation of employees includes claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, Family and Medical Leave Act violations, contract disputes, severances, and employer negligence. He remains committed to providing employees with a voice and preeminent legal representation against employers who have violated their rights.
