Jessica Ocasio is a Florida-licensed attorney who understands that family law cases are both legally complex and deeply personal. She represents clients in matters involving divorce, paternity, child support, and domestic violence injunctions.

Jessica’s experience includes working as an injunction for protection attorney at a nonprofit serving survivors of domestic violence, as well as serving as a Guardian ad Litem attorney representing children in dependency cases. She began her legal career as a receptionist and worked her way up through roles as a legal assistant and paralegal prior to attending law school. During law school, Jessica volunteered with the Department of Children and Families and the Lee County Legal Aid Society.

With nearly a decade of legal experience before becoming a licensed attorney, Jessica brings a deep respect for the legal process, a strong work ethic, and a hands-on understanding of what it takes to move a case forward. That journey continues to shape her practice today.
