Overview
Kevin Zwetsch received his B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 1982 and J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1992. Kevin is a member of the Florida Bar and local Bar Associations.
Kevin’s practice includes labor and employment law, general civil litigation, dispute resolution, human resource guidance, and general counsel services. Throughout his legal career, he has successfully represented clients in a wide range of legal proceedings, having tried and won jury trials, administrative hearings, and arbitrations. Additionally, he has handled trade secret and no-compete cases, injunctions, responded to government investigations, and provided counsel to employers and individuals on a broad spectrum of workplace issues. Kevin works in both the Firm’s St. Petersburg and Tampa offices.
Mr. Zwetsch's interests outside of the law are Ashtanga yoga, hiking, basketball, travel, physics and ornithology. Kevin also serves as a member of the board of directors for Seniors in Service of Tampa Bay, Inc., and was previously board chairperson.
