Ricardeau Lucceus has called Tampa Bay home for the past 20 years. Mr. Lucceus graduated from The University of South Florida where he earned his Baccalaureate degree in Political Science; he went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he was on Honor Roll for Federal Administrative Law, Trial Skills, and Florida Real Estate Law. He also earned the honor of being on the Dean’s list, and becoming a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Phi Delta Phi

Ricardeau Lucceus is certified by CIPE, the Center for International Private Enterprise, as a Business Association Manager. He has also held several licenses in the State of Florida including, but not limited to, Florida 215 Life and Variable Annuities, Real Estate Sales, and Mortgage Broker.
