Attorney Information

Overview

Daniel Martin was born and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida. He attended Dreyfoos School of the Arts before earning his degree in Economics from Florida State University. Daniel later attended New England Law | Boston, where he earned his Juris Doctor.

After earning his law degree, Daniel began his professional career working with Fortune 250 companies in regulatory affairs and corporate lobbying. That experience provided him with exposure to complex legal and business issues and helped shape the strategic and detail-oriented approach he brings to the practice of law. Daniel later returned to South Florida, where he transitioned into litigation and client advocacy.

Daniel’s approach to the practice of law is heavily influenced by his family’s story. His paternal grandfather immigrated to the United States as a political refugee, rebuilding his life through perseverance, discipline, sacrifice, and an unwavering willingness to fight for those he loved. Those values continue to shape Daniel both personally and professionally and are central to the way he advocates for his clients. Growing up in a close-knit family environment instilled in Daniel a deep appreciation for the importance of family, which ultimately led to his passion for the practice of family law. He understands that family law matters are often deeply personal and emotionally complex, and he values the level of trust clients place in their attorney during some of the most pivotal moments of their lives.

Prior to joining Rudolph & Associates LLC, Daniel practiced litigation in South Florida, where he gained experience handling complex and sensitive legal matters. He is committed to providing clients with thoughtful counsel, strategic advocacy, and practical solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.

Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and two dogs, Herbert, his golden retriever, and Milhous, his chocolate lab. He remains deeply connected to the Palm Beach County community where he was raised.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
