Kevin R. Davies - West Palm Beach, FL

The firm's PIP division is headed by Attorney Kevin R. Davies. Mr. Davies grew up in Greene, NY. He graduated from the University at Albany (SUNY) in 2003. As a student at the University at Albany (SUNY), Mr. Davies was on the Dean's List and graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Davies then attended Tulane Universtiy Law School and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2007.

Mr. Davies is a combat veteran, having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2004-2005.

Mr. Davies has a unique insight in representing injured workers and other plaintiffs due to his extensive background working for insurance defense firms. Previously, Mr. Davies represented insurance companies in the defense of claims involving personal injury protection benefits (PIP), workers' compensation, medical malpractice, and personal injury. With his history at insurance defense firms, Mr. Davies now applies his knowledge to benefit you in your fight against the insurance companies.

Mr. Davies is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. He is happily married and is the proud father of two beautiful daughters, Emma and Audrey. During his free time, Mr. Davies enjoys spending time with his family and following the New York Giants.
