I came to the firm by default( I fired my first two attorneys). So one can only imagine the doubt and lack of trust I had. I must say The Masnikoff Team's actions put all of my doubts to rest. Customer Service is unlike any, and i say this because I called every day all day and never once did I have to wait to speak with my team. All calls were returned in less then a day. And my questions or concerns were promptly taken care of. This is unheard of and even after my case was closed i still received the same attention and care with all my after thoughts ...questions. Thank Shakayla for dealing with all my demanding( Understanding that my mood was due to my pain, not my true demeaner) questions and taking all my calls . And guess What guys everyone in the office knew my name ( One out of 100 clients) I was not just a number. Blessings to the entire staff, The tail really does follow the head...
