Overview

Marci Finkelstein has been practicing law for more than 20 years. She has practiced in the area of family and matrimonial litigation since 2008 handling high net worth and complex dissolution matters. She began her career as a clerk in the Superior Court, Judicial District of Stamford/Norwalk for the Honorable John F. Kavanewsky, Jr. Prior to joining Rudolph & Associates, LLC, Marci practiced at a high end matrimonial firm in Stamford, Connecticut for 15 years. She is admitted to practice in the States of Florida, New York, Connecticut and Tennessee.

Marci obtained her Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1998 and her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Florida in 1995. Prior to relocating with her family to Florida, Marci was selected as a New England Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2011 and 2012 in the area of Family Law. She was also recognized as Connecticut Magazines Top Attorneys in 2013. Marci served as co-chair of the Family Law Section of the Fairfield County Bar Association in 2013. Marci also served as a Special Master in the Family Division of the Stamford Superior Court for many years.

Marci has had several articles published in the Florida Bar Family Law Section Commentator. Marci is a member of the Susan Greenberg Family Law American Inn of Court of the Palm Beaches, the Florida Bar Association, Family law Section, Palm beach County Bar Association, Florida Association of Women lawyers, Connecticut Bar Association, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Fairfield County Bar Association.

Family Law touches on very personal aspects of people’s lives and can be especially difficult and sensitive to handle. Marci has dedicated her practice of family law to providing both outstanding legal advocacy and emotional support to her clients.
