Meagan McCarthy Esquire - West Palm Beach, FL

Meagan McCarthy is an attorney at Pike & Lustig, LLP and concentrates her practice on Business Litigation.

Meagan attended the University of Florida and double-majored in Political Science and History. While an undergraduate, Meagan was tapped to become a member of the University of Florida’s oldest and most prestigious honor society, Florida Blue Key. She graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in 2015.

Meagan then went on to attend the University of Florida Levin College of Law and graduated with her J.D. in 2018. While in law school, Meagan focused her time on becoming an excellent written and oral advocate both inside and out of the classroom. Her efforts earned her an award for the highest grade in the Trial Advocacy course.

In addition, she was a member of the moot court team and served as the Chief Justice of the University of Florida Supreme Court. She also competed as a member of the commercial arbitration team, winning first place at a moot competition held by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France.

After graduation, Meagan clerked at an insurance defense firm that handled a range of claims defending individuals, businesses, and municipalities. She then practiced at a large regional workers’ compensation defense firm on behalf of employers and insurance companies.
