Julianne is an insightful and creative thinker who brings over 35 years of legal experience to her position as Senior Appellate Counsel.

After graduating from law school and working with corporate and insurance defense firms, Julianne entered public service for over 26 years as an appellate staff attorney. She used her technical writing skills to craft over 1,000 opinions for judges in diverse subject areas, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and contracts. In addition to her expertise in drafting trial motions and appellate briefs, Julianne provides invaluable strategic advice in all stages of representation with an eye toward protecting the client from adverse judicial decisions and preserving issues for appeal. After launching her two daughters into adulthood, Julianne joined Cheeley Law Group to fulfill her goal of returning to the role she enjoys most, that of a fighter to help people who have been wronged by others.
