Laura M. Barron brings nearly two decades of legal experience to Georgia Legacy Law Group, LLC, where she helps individuals and families navigate some of life’s most important decisions. With a background in high-stakes personal injury litigation—having handled hundreds of civil matters across Georgia—Laura now focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and estate administration, and guardianships and conservatorships, empowering clients to protect what matters most.

Laura’s clients turn to her for clear guidance on Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Medical Directives, as well as for support in probating estates and administering trusts following the death of a loved one. She is also a trusted resource for families facing guardianship and conservatorship decisions, including those with adult children with disabilities.

Along with the firm’s founding partner, Cleve Hill, Laura is a 1997 Sequoyah High School graduate. Laura earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Medical Humanities from Davidson College, then her law degree from Penn State University Dickinson School of Law. There, she distinguished herself as a leader, serving as Student Bar Association treasurer and honor code committee co-chair. Laura is admitted to practice before all Georgia courts, including the Supreme Court.

Beyond her legal work, Laura is deeply committed to giving back. She has served as a board member and volunteer leader for Hope2Africa, mentoring youth and strengthening communities abroad. Locally, she has guided high school students as a mentor for Teach One to Lead One®, and has provided pro bono estate planning for single parents and widows through First Baptist Church Woodstock’s LoveLoud program.
