Overview

With more than 25 years of experience in business litigation, Rob has built a practice around one thing: helping clients navigate complex legal disputes with clear strategy and honest counsel. Whether working with established companies or emerging businesses, Rob brings deep courtroom experience and a practical, non-nonsense approach to every matter.

Rob has spent his career handling a wide range of business disputes—from contract and partnership conflicts to high-stakes commercial litigation—always with an eye toward achieving the best possible outcome for his clients, whether at the negotiating table or in the courtroom.

Rob earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 1995 and his Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. Georgia School of Law in 1999. Rob has been named as a Super Lawyer from 2014 to 2025. He has also received a Martindale Hubbel AV rating, the highest possible rating in ethics and professionalism.

Outside the office, Rob is married to his wife Allisa, and together they have two daughters. When he’s not advocating for his clients, you’ll likely find him on a ski slope or chasing his next adventure.
