    Mr. Nemat and I had some bumps in road while working together, but ultimately he got me my desired result. He delivered good service and got me what I needed! I wish it would have been a smoother route to get to that point but overall, I am very satisfied with his services!

    Very professional, not really up to date on Tenant and Landlord laws. Focuses a ton of the downside, and does not have the attitude to win your case. Be careful because this guys says one thing and doesn't take action on it. He was late to our first meeting as well as didn't read any information given to him about our case. Needs to care about tenants as much as he cares about taking landlord cases.
