Hired Law firm 2022-2023Mr. Nemat and I had some bumps in road while working together, but ultimately he got me my desired result. He delivered good service and got me what I needed! I wish it would have been a smoother route to get to that point but overall, I am very satisfied with his services!

Consulted Law firm 2022Very professional, not really up to date on Tenant and Landlord laws. Focuses a ton of the downside, and does not have the attitude to win your case. Be careful because this guys says one thing and doesn't take action on it. He was late to our first meeting as well as didn't read any information given to him about our case. Needs to care about tenants as much as he cares about taking landlord cases.

Hired Law firm 2025-2026I had the opportunity to work with Nemat Law Firm, specifically Attorney Sasan Nemat and his team, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. Like many people, I never imagined I would find myself in a position where I needed legal assistance. The situation arose suddenly and created a great deal of uncertainty and anxiety, even affecting my living circumstances. From the very beginning, Attorney Nemat approached everything with professionalism, clarity, and a genuinely down-to-earth demeanor that immediately put me at ease. He was consistently accessible, easy to communicate with, and always straightforward in explaining each step of the process. What stood out most was how supportive and encouraging he was throughout—he didn’t just handle the legal aspects, but truly helped guide me through what was, for me, a very stressful time. In a space where tenant support can sometimes feel limited, I deeply appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile. I felt heard, respected, and well-represented every step of the way. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to navigate the situation smoothly and reach a resolution in a professional and amicable manner. If you are facing a landlord-tenant issue and are unsure where to turn, I would strongly recommend reaching out to Attorney Sasan Nemat and his team at Nemat Law Firm. Their professionalism, communication, and client-centered approach truly set them apart.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
