- Acted as Title Agent on a 26-tract assemblage for mixed-use development worth over $100M, addressing road abandonments, re-subdivision of property, and new dedication of public lands.
- Represented Lender in a mezzanine loan secured by 3 properties, 2 additional leasehold estates, and pledge of ownership interest in various companies, including pledge of membership interest and stock pledge.
- Represented client as Seller/Tenant in a $5.6M sale-leaseback transaction, together with a forward 1031 exchange into the purchase of three additional properties with construction financing.
- Represented Purchaser in all aspects of the acquisition of $12M apartment complex, funded in part with Fannie Mae Green Financing.
- Acted as local counsel for borrower to issue a legal Opinion Letter to lender regarding due authority and enforceability of loan documents with respect to a $60M loan.
