Aimee is a seasoned commercial real estate and corporate attorney with a well-earned reputation for her deep industry insight, practical approach, and steadfast commitment to client success. Her hands-on background in roles such as Commercial Title Examiner combined with her business acumen gives her a rare, ground-up understanding of the real estate ecosystem and the broader economic impact of real estate transactions.

Aimee represents buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords, and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and complex financing, such as 1031 exchanges and mezzanine loans. In addition, she handles entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and business restructuring for her corporate clients. Her unique perspective enables her to anticipate risks, streamline transactions, and align legal strategy with business goals.

Aimee has also earned a reputation for producing exceptional results in complex title research, title examination, and title insurance matters. As a Georgia-licensed title insurance agent and third-party escrow agent, Aimee is known for resolving intricate title issues and facilitating multi-party, high-value transactions with clarity and precision.
