Beth Rogers formed Rogers Law Offices in 2008, a Firm dedicated to providing high quality solutions to national lenders, regional lenders, creditors' committees, corporations and individuals in creditor rights, litigation and bankruptcy matters. Since then, Ms. Rogers has built Rogers Law Offices into one of the largest women owned and most active creditors’ rights Law Firms in the Southeast. Ms. Rogers is committed to building the Firm into a major force in the creditors' rights field. She takes an active role in mentoring young lawyers and helping create great leaders.

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
