Bethany Strain represents debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases. Bethany also represents all parties in civil litigation in both federal and state courts.
In 2020, Bethany graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics with an emphasis in Public Policy and a certificate in Legal Studies.
Subsequently, Bethany attended the University of Georgia School of Law. While attending UGA Law, Bethany participated in the Veterans Legal Clinic where she assisted veterans in filing claims with and obtaining benefits from the Veterans Administration and the Social Security Administration. Bethany also participated in the Jane W. Wilson Family Justice Clinic where she assisted survivors of domestic violence in obtaining protective orders, divorces, and other forms of relief.
