Bethany Vinup - Atlanta, GA

Bethany is experienced in representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings. Bethany represents businesses and individuals in bankruptcy cases under Chapter 11, Chapter 11 Subchapter V, and Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Bethany is also experienced in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation in federal and state courts, including fraudulent transfer litigation and breach of fiduciary duty litigation.

In 2020, Bethany graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Economics with an emphasis in Public Policy and a certificate in Legal Studies. Subsequently, Bethany attended the University of Georgia School of Law. While attending UGA Law, Bethany participated in the Veterans Legal Clinic, the Jane W.
