Perhaps once or twice in a lifetime, you have the privilege of meeting and working with the consummate professional. Julie Bracker is such an individual. I encountered her while looking for excellent qui tam legal representation regarding what I considered to be a multi-hundred million dollar case of medicare fraud, with many complex components. I worked as a senior executive (M.D., Ph.D.) at a large and highly ranked health care system. Julie was working at another law firm at the time, but took control over my case.
