Her background spans corporate restructuring, Chapter 11 and 15 bankruptcy, commercial dispute resolution, and business law, giving her a rare ability to assess risk, protect institutional interests, and deliver practical solutions under pressure.
Cameron has served as lead counsel in corporate and individual Chapter 11 bankruptcies, adversary proceedings, and Chapter 15 cross-border insolvencies, and was appointed a Subchapter V trustee for the Northern District of Georgia in 2020. This depth of restructuring work has given her rare fluency in governance, high-stakes negotiation, and creditor-debtor dynamics. She is known for cutting through complexity, aligning stakeholders, and finding workable paths forward when the stakes are highest.
Cameron is admitted to practice in Georgia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Cameron joined Jones & Walden after earning her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2005 and became a partner in 2013.
