Enrique Fernandez Esq. - Atlanta, GA

Born in New Jersey, Enrique moved to South Georgia at a young age. Son of Cuban immigrants, Enrique is proficient in both Spanish and English. Enrique graduated from The University of Georgia in 2009 with B.A. in History and then earned his J.D. from Emory Law in 2012. Early in his career, Enrique obtained valuable courtroom experience handling real estate litigation. Enrique has a passion for trial law and is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Enrique proudly works on cases from inception to their eventual settlement or trial. Tenacious and diligent, he is not afraid to put forth the effort necessary to ensure that his clients receive the best outcome possible. Ultimately, he prides himself in his ability to help his clients navigate through the law to ensure they are well informed and that they receive the justice they deserve.

An avid fan of history and politics, Enrique spends his spare time reading and enjoying the wonderful atmosphere of Atlanta. He also enjoys running and spending time with his family who reside in Atlanta and South Georgia.
