In maintaining his state wide practice throughout Georgia and Alabama, Eric is proud to have been AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 2001 and has been listed among the Best Lawyers in America publication from 2010 to the present in the areas of Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights, Insolvency and Reorganization and Bankruptcy Litigation. Eric has argued before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals multiple times and among the numerous reported decisions in which he has participated is the often cited case of In re: Jove Engineering, Inc., that awarded damages against the IRS for violations of the automatic stay in bankruptcy.
In his free time, Eric enjoys his Scottish Terrier's antics and almost nightly hones his culinary skills.
