Evan Sinclair is an Senior Lead Attorney in the Cumming office of The Siemon Law Firm Divorce and Family Law Attorneys, P.C.
Evan was born and raised in Cumming, Georgia.
Driven by his deep-seated beliefs in justice and service, Evan chose a career in family to be both a legal guide and compassionate support for clients facing complex issues. Evan is dedicated to ensuring every family has the representation that they deserve, working diligently to achieve the best outcomes for parents and children alike.
Evan attended the University of Georgia, where he received a degree in Business Management. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the Georgia State University College of Law.
During Evan’s time in law school, Evan advocated for the underserved by working as a Student Attorney at the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Evan’s experience at the Clinic not only enriched his understanding of the law, but also solidified his commitment to serving those facing challenging times in their lives.
Outside of practicing law, Evan enjoys spending time on the golf course and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs.
