Prior to establishing her own practice, Eve was a partner with Gorby, Reeves, Moraitakis, and Whiteman, which was an offshoot of an earlier firm known as Fain, Gorby, Reeves, and Moraitakis. For nearly 40 years, Eve has tried numerous jury trials in state and federal courts and has handled countless non-jury matters in virtually every county and jurisdiction in the state of Georgia. Her practice includes defending motor vehicle accidents (cars, tractor trailers, and buses); premises liability cases (slip and fall, third party criminal acts, and defective premises causing injury); civil rights and employment cases. She has participated as a lecturer and panel member in several continuing legal education seminars.
