Atlanta Estate Planning Law Firm
Overview
Attorney Miles P. Hurley founded our Atlanta law firm, Hurley Elder Care Law, with the goal of offering the people of metropolitan Atlanta a variety of high-quality legal services in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Today, we continue to strive toward that original goal as we assist Georgia residents with estate-related matters and long-term care planning by offering the following services:
- Estate planning
- Wills
- Special needs trusts
- Irrevocable and revocable trusts
- Powers of attorney
- Asset protection
- Medicaid planning
- Veterans' benefits
- Conservatorships
- Guardianships
- Life care planning
Mr. Hurley founded our law firm after he realized individuals and families were failing to address long-term planning needs. This realization came as he became responsible for caring for his own grandparents. Armed with firsthand knowledge of the challenges of aging and of caring for elderly loved ones, he works diligently, with the help of our associate attorney, Danielle Cefalu Humphrey, to ensure our clients prepare for the future.
Whether you want an attorney to guide you in creating your own estate plan or you need help caring for someone you love, you can turn to Hurley Elder Care Law. If you would like to learn more about the services we offer, you can do so by scheduling a free initial consultation at our Atlanta law office.
