Logan Dale - Atlanta, GA

Logan Dale, a California native, is an Atlanta-based personal injury attorney at Kibbey Wagner Injury & Car Accident Lawyers. Logan began his legal career in Atlanta as a criminal defense lawyer representing defendants accused of misdemeanors and felonies including: traffic violations, DUIs and violent felonies. His interest in representing plaintiffs developed in 2021 after handling a civil false imprisonment case against a major hotel chain. In 2022, Logan joined a respected personal injury firm in Atlanta. He represented clients in various personal injury cases; such as, motor vehicle accidents, tractor trailer incidents and premises liability actions.

Logan received his bachelor’s degree in History from Chapman University in 2014. Before attending law school, he coached basketball at his alma mater, Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California. He earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2020. In addition to his work as an attorney, Logan is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association; demonstrating his dedication to professional development and advocacy within the legal community.
