Atlanta Medical Malpractice Lawyer

Overview

Lyle Griffin Warshauer, (formerly Woodruff) brings a unique perspective to the practice of law. Prior to attending law school, she held a position as a paralegal with one of Atlanta's finest insurance defense firms. As a result, Lyle has a thorough understanding of the mindset of defense lawyers, and the large corporations and insurance companies they defend. She knows the direction in which the defendants are headed and strives to get there first. She is always prepared to respond to their strategies. While Lyle attended law school, she worked for a current justice of the Georgia Supreme Court, as well as one of the truly outstanding plaintiff's firms in the country.

Although she enjoys preparing cases for trial and utilizes her skills as an advocate to obtain full and just compensation from juries, she also understands that sometimes our client's best interest is to settle. Lyle measures our success by the results earned for the people who ask us to help them. It is this commitment to our clients that is always our first priority.

Lyle's strong academic background is evident in her research and writing skills. She enjoys the challenge of responding to the numerous complex legal challenges that can threaten the clients' cause.

In addition to her experience handling railroad cases, Lyle also has a particular interest in representing people who have been injured as a result of medical negligence. The intricacies of extensive and sometimes altered medical records, researching medical issues, as well as finding and working with expert witnesses can be challenging. Lyle accepts these challenges, as well as the challenges of helping victims through the emotional turmoil of litigation. She recognizes that catastrophic events change lives, and our clients need a powerful, yet compassionate advocate to represent their interests.

Lyle's professional commitment to helping people put their lives back together ensures that Warshauer Woodward Atkins never forgets our primary goal is to help people whose lives have been altered by the negligence of others.
