Morgan Carroll - Atlanta, GA

Morgan Carroll has practiced workers' compensation law for over 24 years. It has always comprised at least 98% of her practice. Initially representing employers and insurance companies, she is better equipped to advocate for the injured workers she serves. An Atlanta resident since the age of 11, Morgan grew up on the South Side and graduated from Riverdale Senior High School in Clayton County. She then earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University and graduated from Georgia State University School of Law in 1999.

She has represented injured workers with all types of injuries, from traumatic brain injuries, occupational hearing loss, occupational exposure, heart attacks/strokes, amputations, orthopedic injuries, and all types of repetitive traumatic injuries. While very kind to her clients, she is known for being an aggressive attorney and is often called a "pitbull in lipstick."

She's married to an insurance appraiser, has four children, and lives with her family, including her father, in the suburbs. She loves old-school rap and R&B and often listens to NWA for some over-the-top music on her way to court. Don't let her "football mom" exterior fool you!
