Attorney Information
Overview
Naseam Jabberi is a federal employment attorney with extensive experience, from litigating employment discrimination cases on behalf of a federal agency to now representing federal employees in disputes against their employers. She uses a results-driven approach to advocate for her clients.
Before joining Southworth PC, Naseam served as an Employment and Labor Law Attorney with the United States Department of Commerce, where she managed an extensive federal litigation caseload and handled employment matters before the EEOC and MSPB. She also advised management staff on workplace issues and employment law compliance, giving her firsthand insight into how federal agencies evaluate and respond to employee claims.
Naseam later worked in private practice handling litigation and employment matters. Most recently, she built a litigation practice representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse, managing complex cases through all stages of litigation in state and federal courts β experience that sharpened her skills in all aspects of litigation.
Naseam earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she received the Law Faculty Award for the Class of 2021. She is admitted to the Maryland State Bar and the Federal Bar for the District of Maryland.
At Southworth PC, Naseam draws on her agency-side and employer-side experience to help federal employees protect their careers, defend their rights, and pursue the best possible outcome in their cases.
Outside the office, Naseam enjoys spending time with her dogs, Olive and Okie, and spending time outdoors.
