She graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law. Octavia is committed to advocating for federal employees and helping them through difficult times. Prior to joining Southworth PC, Octavia worked with another national law firm dedicated to assisting federal employees in their employment matters and gained valuable experience during her tenure.
