Seth Bader - Atlanta, GA

Seth Bader founded Bader Law in 2008 after spending the early part of his career on the other side of the table, representing insurance companies and handling thousands of claims. That experience gave him a close look at how insurers evaluate and fight injury claims, and he has built his firm around using that knowledge on behalf of injured people instead. Under his leadership, Bader Law has grown into a team of more than 150 professionals who have represented over 50,000 injured clients across Georgia and recovered more than $250 million in results.

Background and Education

Seth earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Muhlenberg College, then completed his Juris Doctor at Florida State University College of Law, where he served on the Law Review. He was admitted to the Georgia bar in 2003 and is also licensed before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Seth has personally secured more than $50 million in settlements for injured clients, including a $30 million settlement stemming from the Gainesville explosion case and multiple seven-figure recoveries in catastrophic workers' compensation matters. Beyond the Firm

Seth lives in Atlanta with his wife and their four children, where he coaches his son's baseball team and spends his free time traveling and hiking.
