• Represented Perri “Pebbles” Reid in litigation arising from the VH-1 movie “Crazy, Sexy, Cool: The TLC Story.”
• Represented hospital executive in litigation arising from news coverage.
• Represented state representative in litigation arising from political advertisements.
• Represented Beth Holloway in litigation against the National Enquirer arising from media coverage of the disappearance of her daughter, Natalee Holloway.
• Represented Esquire Deposition Services LLC in multi-state class actions dealing with billing practices.
• Represented Phoebe Putney Health Care System and Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital relating to claims by a former staff physician.
• Represented receiver in multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme.
• Represented municipal bond underwriter on fraud and negligent misrepresentation claims brought by bond insurer relating to an over $60 million revenue bond issue.
• Represented corporations in breach of fiduciary duty cases.
• Represented corporations and individuals in internal, SEC, and FDIC investigations.
• Represented court reporting companies in state administrative investigations.
• Represented financial institutions and corporations in garnishment proceedings.
