Overview
During her practice at Powell Goldstein and Bryan Cave LLP, Stacey Godfrey Evans developed extensive experience in all areas of civil litigation, including the handling of complex securities and banking litigation and the administrative actions and internal investigations that usually accompany such litigation. Ms. Evans served as co-counsel with Mr. Wood in defending class action lawsuits in numerious states against Esquire Deposition Services LLC as well as in the litigation of healthcare, First Amendment and personal injury cases. Last year, Ms. Evans was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives. representing Georgia's 40th State House District in the Georgia General Assembly.
