Joseph R. Odachowski and Peter H. Schmidt II are the managing partners of our law firm. Joe uses his over 30 years of experience to lead our team of attorneys. He emphasizes cultivating client relationships and solving problems creatively. His areas of expertise include commercial litigation, real estate and personal injury.

Peter has extensive experience handling litigation and transactional matters, including insurance coverage, real estate, debtor and creditor, bad faith and probate litigation. He is committed to proactively representing all of our clients by taking a pragmatic, problem-solving approach.
